Unfortunately, there was a slight misunderstanding regarding shipping, but this was rectified and our order was upgraded to Expedited shipping for free! Great customer service considering time zone and language difference, replied within 24 hours of each message. Spoke with multiple operators via email, and each were aware of prior communications between us and Big Bucks Electronics, and were of great assistance in improving our shopping experience. Overall, great price, shipping and customer service, will be shopping there again, thanks!
We've been using many websites for bulk import during the last years, and each one has its advantages but Big Bucks Electronics was something else completely, friendly staff, communicative, multiple shipping methods with reasonable prices and most importantly, insurance which we always use when purchasing valuable items so that in case of lost or damage during shipping the website would just refund all of the amount or send another same item. This insurance system enables ma as a customer to avoid conflicts with other stores or sellers and by this way everyone gets happy knowing that we had never received a damaged item.

We ordered multiple products in the last years from them. All of them arrived, even if they don't gearbest support and paypal offers money back. When they didn't have the ordered product in stock, they notified us, or offered refund. Sometimes they ship slowly, but they offer TAX-FREE import to EU, and shipping is fast, especially when they ship from warehouse in EU. They have point system, so they honor shopping by them. Prices are sometimes even better then anyone on aliexpress. I recommend them.
